Project Location  

This function is to locate a permit for work being done in the City’s Right-of-Way (ROW).

Please keep in mind the following information when entering a location:

TO HELP NARROW YOUR SEARCH PLEASE TYPE "ROW" AND THE YEAR THE WORK BEGAN (ROW2005) INTO THE CASE/PERMIT FIELD


SPELL EVERYTHING OUT

 SWC = should be typed out south west corner
S/O = should be typed out south of
Ave. = should be type out Avenue
Haven & Foothill = Haven and Foothill
% = Wild Card (%Haven = all permits with Haven in the location field)

THE SPELLING OF A STREET OR LAST/BUSINESS NAME IS CRUCIAL

If you are not sure of the proper spelling or if the name could have spaces, periods or any characters in the spelling, try using the "%" sign plus the first letter or couple letters of the name

Ex: 12555 Foothill Boulevard = %F or %Foot

YOU CAN ALSO TRY INPUTTING THE STREET NUMBER IN THE LOCATION FIELD

Ex: 12555 Foothill Boulevard = you input %12555 or %125
